IGNITE Terms and Conditions
Terms of Service Agreement The Client understands and acknowledges that the membership into the IGNITE 8 week Programme entitles the Client to the following:-
- 4 Scheduled workouts per week + support
- Nutritional guidance document, meal ideas + continued coaching
- Programme community and support
- Coaching through obstacles and support as appropriate to attain desired results
Client Commitment
The Client agrees to commit to the full 8 Weeks of The Programme:
I understand the results from the programme are only guaranteed if my effort, cooperation, and ability to act on the coaching is fulfilled and I acknowledge that individual results may vary.
I agree to keep in communication at the amounts designated and I understand that I am welcome to communicate to the coach & private group for further guidance
I understand that the my failure to adhere to these expectations or improper conduct in the group may result in termination of the services.
Billing, Cancellation Policy & Guarantee Fees and payment
The Client confirms that they either paid for the full programme up front OR agreed a payment plan. If the later is the case, the client acknowledges that even though only the first payment has been made to date, ALL remaining payments are required.
The client acknowledges that this is NOT a subscription, it is a payment plan to make the full payment more manageable and the FULL amount is required even if the client fails to finish the programme
My Guarantee
If the client follows through on every aspect of the programme they will lose significant amounts of fat (cm's) and gain significant strength. Should the client follow through on ALL aspects of the programme for the full 8 weeks but fail to see significant centimetres lost, our 'Pay What's Right Guarantee' would be applicable.
In order to be eligible for this, the client must have achieved ALL of the following for the 8 weeks.
- Minimum 100% Training Compliance (Including ticking off on the app)
- Minimum 100% Nutrition Tracking
- 100% weekly reviews submitted
- Respond to all private coach correspondence (within 12 hours max)
- All measurements and photos taken in weeks 0,4 and 8
In the event that the client does not lose significant centimetres and has adhered to all of the above, they would be given complete discretionary power to decide how much to pay, the rest would be refunded.
Pauses & Suspension
No suspensions/pauses will be allowed due to the nature of the 8 week program and its hard beginning and end dates.
Waiver & Release of Liability
IGNITE Program Rules & Participation
The Member hereby agrees to abide by all posted safety guidelines and regulations while participating in the IGNITE programme.
The Member shall not consume drugs or tobacco products, nor be under the influence of such products while participating in the fitness programmes.
Membership Cancellation
This membership may be cancelled by providing written notice, by email, at admin@lcsandc.com. There are no refunds for this program if it is not completed and any outstanding payments will still need to be paid until the balance is paid off in it's entirety.
