Through 3–6 months of structured online coaching, you’ll follow a progressive training programme built specifically for mountain hiking and rugged terrain. Every plan is tailored to you — building strength, endurance, and mental toughness — so that when trek day arrives, you know you’re ready.
You won’t just complete the adventure.
